Your confidence matters to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Seranova purchase; whether it’s the feel, the results, or anything in between, simply reach out to our Customer Support Team. We’ll work with you to make it right, every single time.

Product Returns

Your skin’s health is always our top priority. Because we can’t guarantee the safety or integrity of skincare formulas once they’ve been opened, we’re unable to accept returns of opened products.

For unopened products, returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery. Once you’ve spoken with our Customer Support Team, they’ll guide you through the return process and help you ship the product back to us.

If you’re returning a non-opened, return shipping may be eligible for store-credit reimbursement to make the process smoother and stress-free.

Order Cancellations

If you cancel your subscription after an order has already been created, we’ll only be able to refund if the package is rejected at delivery and returned to us by the carrier.


Once the order has arrived at your address, simply decline the shipment, and the carrier will send it back automatically.
