How do I submit a guarantee claim?
If you've used your product for 90 days and aren't satisfied with your results, you can submit your claim through our online form.
You'll need to provide your order number(s), photos of the treated area at Day 1 and Day 90 (Day 30 and Day 60 photos are also recommended), and a brief description of your experience.
