Where does Seranova ship to?
Seranova currently ships worldwide! Packages are shipped via FedEx, USPS or DHL courier with standard shipping services.
In Spain we don't ship to Balears Province (also known as the Balearic Islands), Las Palmas, and Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Are your products vegan & cruelty free?
Yes — all of our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never use animal-derived ingredients, and none of our products are tested on animals.
How do I return an item?

How can I cancel my subscription?
In order to manage your subscription, please contact us directly at info@seranovabeauty.com or give us a call. Our team will be happy to help you skip, cancel, or make any changes. FYI: Due to temporary technical issues, some subscriptions may not appear correctly in your account dashboard or self-service portal. Even if it isn’t showing, your subscription might still be active.

Product Returns
Your skin’s health is always our top priority. Because we can’t guarantee the safety or integrity of skincare formulas once they’ve been opened, we’re unable to accept returns of opened products.
For unopened products, returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery. Once you’ve spoken with our Customer Support Team, they’ll guide you through the return process and help you ship the product back to us.
If you’re returning a non-opened, return shipping may be eligible for store-credit reimbursement to make the process smoother and stress-free.
Order Cancellations
If you cancel your subscription after an order has already been created, we’ll only be able to refund if the package is rejected at delivery and returned to us by the carrier.
Once the order has arrived at your address, simply decline the shipment, and the carrier will send it back automatically.
