There is no movement on my tracking for multiple days
If tracking appears stalled, check the official carrier page directly, if there’s no movement for 48+ hours or it stays on “Label created,” please get it touch with us so we can escalate and make sure you get your order delivered as soon as possible.

Our serums are sealed with aluminum to keep them sterile until you’re ready to use them. Follow these simple steps:
1.Hold the ampoule firmly. Locate the arrow on the cap lid and flip it open from the side where the arrow is pointing.
1.Break the seal. Hold the cap securely and bend the silver aluminum seal back until it nearly snaps off.
2.Peel away. Carefully peel back the rest of the aluminum seal from around the ampoule top and discard it.
3.Open & pour. Remove the rubber stopper and pour the serum directly into your Micro-Infusion device.
