How do I redeem my credit?
Log in, visit your dashboard, and visit the “Ways to Redeem” section to redeem your credit for rewards.

Log in to your account! Your credit balance will be highlighted at the top of the page.
Does my credit expire?
Credit will expire after six months if there isn't any account activity.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards will not expire once they are activated in the account.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the credit you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When do I get my birthday gift?
On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday credit will be delayed until next year is if your birthday is within 1 day from the day you entered it.
I forgot to use my credit at Checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately credit cannot be redeemed on an order after the purchase has been completed
